農村出身，自學英語混到美國的表哥教我這么練聽力：
用愛慧外語（能一專句句練習，帶清晰慢讀、屬聽寫）
聽寫四、六級真題和電影、生活會話，每一句，無非三種情況：
1.能聽寫出來，直接過掉；
2.聽不出來，切換到慢讀再聽，能聽出來再切換到原音聽寫一遍熟悉下，過掉；
3.慢讀也聽不出來，切換到看字幕跟讀，讀順後切換到原音跟讀，讀順了聽寫一遍再過掉；
如此反復，聽力提高的非常快。
