1. 省（市、自治區）復賽：
   選手獎：特等獎，一、二、三等獎，獲獎證書。

   一等獎：獎金1500元和獲獎證書

4. 初賽：符合參賽資格的學生可直接向本校外語院（系）或英語教研室咨詢、報名和參加初賽。

5. 復賽：初賽結束後，舉辦初賽的外語院（系）或英語教研室向大賽組委會指定的承辦院校報名參加復賽。參加復賽的選手名單由大賽組委會確定並公布。

6. 決賽：復賽結束後，各省（市、自治區）承辦院校向大賽組委會提交獲得決賽資格的選手名單，並報名參賽。

7. 大賽組委會不接受選手個人直接報名。

9. 大賽官方網站（http://www.writing-contest.org）將於2015年9月起開放注冊窗口。所有參加復賽的選手必須在大賽官網實名注冊，准確填寫個人信息。
