一、從詞、句入手，抓基礎寫作訓練

培養和提高學生的寫作能力應從詞和句入手，抓好基礎訓練。英語是結構語言，有其自身的固定搭配、習慣用語和基本句型。

1.關鍵詞和短語寫作訓練

新課程的寫作話題新，有許多新的常用詞彙、短語和重要句型，我可以根據本單元的寫作話題，每天精心選擇2~3個片語或句型，讓學生做翻譯或造句練習。一周之後，讓學生運用這些片語和句型進行寫作。此種做法既培養學生的寫作能力，又提高寫作效率，還可以幫助學生掌握一些習慣用語和句子結構，從而提高學生的遣詞造句的能力。

2.問答寫作法

學生的詞彙量有限，可根據寫作話題設計一系列問題，引發學生思考並作答。當學生回答完所有問題後，把這些問題的答案串起來就形成了一篇完整的文章。學生回答問題時，我可以給予提示，如詞彙、短語和句型等。

3.套用格式，開展模仿性寫作訓練

在英語寫作訓練初期，我們圍繞話題設計一定的寫作格式，讓學生套用，這樣可使學生的習作結構完整，格式規范，有利於養成規范的寫作習慣。例如：一篇要求學生寫影評的作文，可設計以下的格式：

This story is about ____. I think the story is ____. The actors/actresses are ____. The plot is ____. The ending of the film is ____. The scenes are ____. So, I think it is a ___ film. In my opinion, it is well worth seeing. 學生利用提供的寫作格式，寫作就輕松多了。同時，這種寫作格式對學生今後寫影評和讀後感都有一定的借鑒意義。

二、歸納和討論，提高學生的寫作能力

組織學生開展討論和歸納活動，以提高學生的口頭表達技能和處理信息的能力，使學生的寫作更具邏輯性和條理性，並幫助學生學會分析作者的寫作意圖，使學生的寫作水平得以提高。

1.歸納大意寫作法

指導寫生閱讀文章，歸納段落大意，並分析作者的寫作意圖，然後讓學生討論段落間的聯系，圍繞每段的大意自由寫作，最後連段成篇。例如：有一篇是讓學生根據閱讀材料寫一篇感謝信，首先讓學生了解書信的基本格式，接著讓學生歸納每段的大意，然後組織學生討論段落間的聯系，並提醒學生注意上下文的連接用語。2.主題討論寫作法

幫助學生提高口頭表達能力對寫作技能的培養至關重要。我可以先給出一個話題，讓學生進行小組討論，學生用已學過的語法知識和語言材料表達思想，既能鍛煉學生的聽說能力，又能為下一步的寫作奠定基礎。例如：有一單元的寫作訓練要求學生先填表格，再回答三個問題：「What kind of music do they belong to? Besides modern music, what other kinds of music do you know? What differences are there between traditional Chinese music and modern Chi-nese music?」從而轉入本單元的寫作訓練，然後指導學生小組討論。最後，挑選四個小組，讓他們派代表匯報小組討論的內容，這樣可以充分調動學生參與的積極性，使每個學生都能體驗共享寫作資源的喜悅。同時，聽、說、寫相結合的方式，學生的綜合技能也能得以提高。
