㈡ 商業信函的格式
中文商業商務信函的寫作格式,如同一般信函,商業信文一般由開頭、正文、結尾、署名、日期等5個部分組成。
一、開頭:開頭寫收信人或收信單位的稱呼。稱呼單獨占行、頂格書寫,稱呼後用冒號。
二、正文:信文的正文是書信的主要部分,敘述商業業務往來聯系的實質問題。
三、結尾:結尾往往用簡單的一兩句話,寫明希望對方答復的要求。如「特此函達,即希函復。」同時寫表示祝願或致敬的話,如「此致敬禮」、「敬祝健康」等。
四、署名:署名即寫信人簽名,通常寫在結尾後另起一行的偏右下方位置。以單位名義發出的商業信函,署名時可寫單位名稱或單位內具體部門名稱,也可同時署寫信人的姓名。
五、日期:寫信日期—般寫在署名的下一行或同一行偏右下方位置。商業信函的日期很重要,不要遺漏。

帳單類商函(郵簡):
以傳遞經濟結算單為內容的信函。它的內容為金融單位的信用卡結算單、電信系統的話費通知單、保險行業的保費通知單以及其它服務行業如:水、電、氣費通知單等。

商務信函是指企業與企業之間,在各種商務場合或商務往來過程中所使用的簡便書信。
其主要作用是在商務活動中用來建立經貿關系、傳遞商務信息、聯系商務事宜、溝通和洽商產銷;詢問和答復問題、處理具體交易事項。其種類包括聯系函、推銷函、訂購函、確認函、索賠函等多種。屬於商務禮儀文書范疇。
(4)英語商務信函寫作格式模板擴展閱讀:
開頭
明確寫清楚發函的緣由,概括交代發函的目的、根據。然後用過渡語「現將有關事項函復如下」等引起下文。緣由部分先引敘來文的標題和發文字型大小,如「×年×月×日貴單位來函收悉」或「×字×號函悉」,然後寫「經研究決定函復如下」為過渡語。
主體
主體是復函的核心部分,要用簡潔得體的語言把要告訴對方的問題、意見講清楚,使對方接到函後能快速了解來函的意圖,准確作出反映,敘寫清楚。答復事項要有針對性。
結尾
一般用禮貌性的語言向對方作出答復,如給予支持、幫助或合作,或提出希望和要求等。
結束語
一般為「此復」、「特此函復」等慣用語。
落款
由發文機關和成文日期組成。 發文機關寫全稱或規范化簡稱。成文日期要用漢字寫清楚年、月、日,加蓋公章。

(8)英語商務信函寫作格式模板擴展閱讀
1、英文信件結束語:在正文下面的一、二行處,從信紙的中間偏右處開始,第一個詞開頭要大寫,句末用逗號。不同的對象,結束語的寫法也不同。
(1)寫給親人、親戚,用Your loving grandfather,Lovingly yours,Lovingly等;
(2)寫給熟人、朋友,用Yours cordially,Yours affectionately等;
(3)寫業務信函用Truly yours(Yours truly),Faithfully yours(Yours faithfully)等;
(4)對上級、長輩用Yours obediently(Obediently yours),Yours respectfully(Respectfully yours)等。
2、英文信件的格式及信封的寫法:
(1)、信紙的右上角寫上日期,如September 8,也常用簡寫Sep. 8;非正式的信件,年代常省略;正式的書信則不只會寫上年代,還會把發信者的住址寫在日期的上方。
(2)、接下來在信紙的左方寫收信人的稱呼語,通常用Dear開始,再接著寫名字(一般都用first name ),如Dear Susan (親愛的蘇珊);至於名字的後面則通常打上逗號或留白。
(3)、稱呼語寫完後,通常會先空一行才開始寫信的本文。
(4)、本文結束後,再寫上結尾語,如See you (再見)、( With) Best wishes(祝你平安)、Yours always (永遠是你的摯愛)、Yours ever (永遠愛你的)、Your friend (你的友人)、Truly yours (摯友)、Sincerely yours或Yours sincerely或Sincerely (最誠摯的友人)等。
㈨ 英文商務書信的基本格式
一、格式
1、如果信的內容比較長,會超過一頁,那就換一張紙繼續打下去,但是不要加入信頭,而是用空白、紙質好的白紙。
第二頁都要在頁面頂端寫上收件人的姓名、頁數和日期,也可以加上參考文號或主旨。可以把所有這些信息都靠左對齊,或是把姓名靠左對齊,頁數打在中央,日期則靠右,然後空三行,繼續信的內容。
2、商務信函結束語(Complimentary Close)結束語是寫信人表示自己對收信人的一種謙稱,只佔一行,低於正文一二行,從信紙的中間或偏右的地方開始寫。第一個詞的開頭字母要大寫,末尾用逗號。結束語視寫信人與收信人的關系而定。

1、縮進式縮進式是傳統的格式,信函內正文每段起首向右縮寫。現在已經基本不用這種格式了。
2、齊頭式齊頭式是現代改進的格式又叫垂直式,日期、封內地址、稱呼、正文、結尾敬語及簽署等的每一行起首靠左邊,排列整齊,不向右縮進。
