『壹』 英語作文的「Notice」的格式是怎樣的

通知(通告，Notice)是要告知某種信息而使用的一種文體，它是上級對下級，領導對成員或者組織者對參與者傳達事情，部署工作或者召開會議等所使用的日常生活中經常使用的文體。

寫作格式：

1.標題：第一行正中央，首字母大寫（NOTICE）

2.正文：通知的主體部分，一般寫時間、地點、事情內容、通知對象、要求等等，盡可能用精煉的文字表達明確的信息。

3.署名：靠右對齊，署名個人或者單位

4.日期：書信式通知的日期可寫在標題下一行的右上角；布告式通知的時間一般放在正文的左下角，低於落款。

NOTICE

All teachers and students are requested to meet at academic hall at 2:00 on Wednesday afternoon to hear a report by Dr. Li from Peking University. Be sure to attend on time.

通知分為兩種，一種為書面通知（written notice）,另外一種為口頭通知（announcement）。書面通知比口頭通知所使用的句式要復雜一些，書面通知可以將若乾的信息通過一個句子表達出來，而口頭通知則可以分為若干個句子表達。書面通知一般篇幅小，要求言簡意賅，用詞准確，簡潔明了，條理清晰，對格式有一定的要求，表達語言書面化。口頭通知比較靈活，富於口語化，相對書面通知隨便一些。

常用的句式：

1.The session(meeting/activity) is/will be organized/held by...at...(time)in/at...(place)

2.It is here by announce that...（特此通知）

3.Thank you for your attention.

4.I am writing to inform you that...

『柒』 求 商務英語寫作 notice的寫作格式

通知

通知的正文一般都是寫在"Notice"詞之下，標題 notice 要大寫,位於正中央.
一般來說不必寫稱呼語和結束語。出通知的單位名稱可以寫在notice之上，也可以寫在正文的右下角。

正文一般採用文章式，有時為了醒目，也可採用廣告式。廣告式要力求簡明扼要，一個句子可分幾行。每行第一個字母一般要大寫。
