接下來，我們分別看一下這四句話具體是怎麼寫的。
第一句：主題句
主題句(Topic Sentence)就像是一個主體段的眼睛，考官會根據這雙眼睛來了解這一段大意，判斷該段落甚至整篇文章有沒有偏題甚至跑題。一個切題的主題句，要求在主題句中一定要包含題干關鍵詞，並明確回答題目問號。比如：
Doctorssaid in many countries there are not enough physical exercise. What has causedthat problem? What should be done for that?
首先，該句子中的keywords（關鍵詞）並不難找，即：「notenough physical exercise」。然後，題目問題是「causes」,所以此時就需要大家頭腦風暴，考慮一下現在生活中人們鍛煉不足的原因：
A. 「花大量時間坐在電腦前看書、打游戲，替代了運動」；
B. 「工作忙、學習忙、沒時間鍛煉」；
C. 「公共場所健身設施缺乏，沒有合適場所鍛煉」；……
比如寫A原因：「花大量時間坐在電腦前看書、打游戲」：
Technology has changed the ways we spend leisuretime, and we have engaged in a variety of online activities,rather than exercise regularly.
很明顯，「rather than exercise regularly」是題干關鍵詞，而「engaged in a variety of online activities」則是明確而直接地回答了「causes」。
第二句：背景／解釋
所謂「解釋」，就是解釋TopicSentence（主題句），畢竟主題句需要概括大意，因此是一句概括性比較強的句子。所以解釋可以分為兩種情況：
第一種：如果題目問「原因」，則需要在「解釋」部分解釋一下「原因」，即寫出「原因」的背景。
第二種：如果題目問「影響」，或者「優缺點」，則需要在「解釋」部分闡釋一下「關鍵詞」是如何實現該「影響」的。比如上述題目中A段落的主題句：「Technology has changed the ways we spend leisuretime, and we have engaged in a variety of online activities, rather than exerciseregularly」, 此時考生需要解釋一下該語境中的「原因」——「engaged in a variety of online activities」。那麼，可能是因為：「電腦和游戲比較容易上癮」、「體力運動比較累，需要人們自律，人們堅持不了」。
第三句：舉例
在「理證」之後，為了加強論證效果，此時「例證」就需要出場了。然而「舉例」這種論證手段並不像考生想像中的那麼困難，因為不一定要舉一件事情或者一個報道，你完全可以選擇另外兩種：「名詞解釋」、「方式」。
所謂「名詞解釋」，就是將「被例證」的名詞、或者名詞性短語視作「上義詞」，然後找出其「下義詞」作為例子，比如：
上義詞：electronic procts（電子產品）
下義詞：computers, mobile phones,and TVs
所謂「方式」，是指用例子解釋思維過渡，比如：
例證：The employees would be providedwith higher salary, which makes them find enjoyment in daily lives.
例證：… with the high pay, workingpeople could choose to raise a family, buy a house, or travel abroad.
第四句：對比
「對比」，即「反證」，通過說其對立面的不好來從反面論證論點的合理性。該論證手段同樣可達到加強論證的奇效。比如題目：
Some people prefer the same job for the same company,but others like to change jobs frequently. Discuss the both sides and give your own opinion.
分論點：
Those people who prefer to work for the same company believe thatthey can live a happy life if they have a stable career.
（工作穩定——>生活幸福）
對比：
In contrast, those who change jobs frequentlymay not get a good salary because companies may have doubts over their loyalty.
（工作不穩定——>忠誠度受到懷疑——>收入低）
當然，並不是一定要按照這樣的布局來完成主體段，但先擺出主題句，讓考官對文章的支撐理由一目瞭然，緊接著解釋主題句，理證與例證結合的方式無疑加強了分論點的說服力，最後用對比收尾，加強論證效果。

雅思寫作應注意一下幾點：
1、注重寫好文章的框架
我曾經問過我們世紀雅思的外教老師， 外國人看文章最注重的是什麼， 他告訴我說是文章的framework. 即一篇文章好不好， 首先看的不是他的句型， 詞彙， 或是論點等。 而是段落之間的銜接一定要十分清楚，我們不能老是採用大三段的形式-開頭，經過， 結尾。我們可以多用用連接詞， 例如：first of all, morever, secondly, lastly等，另外可以多分自然段， 給考官一目瞭然的感覺。還有我們可以多看看國外的文章， 看看他們的寫作模式， 我當初寫文章的時候， 用的就是我看到一篇國外文章的模式，我覺得可以套用， 我最後介紹給大家。
2、句型的多樣化
如果一篇文章， 從頭到尾， 永遠用的只有一種句型， 那麼這篇文章一定拿不到高分，我們可以適當的改換一下句型， 我給大家一定建議，希望給大家有點幫助。
3、基本句型包括 Ⅰ．主謂句；Ⅱ. There be；Ⅲ. 主系表結構的句子；Ⅳ. 被動語態（我看到一張帖字說， 不要用被動， 我不這樣認為， 國外的文章， 用被動的也比比皆是。）
