很多同學都在回答的時候用到了 「熱心的，善良的」， 即 kind-hearted, warm-hearted；還有同學會說到 「內向的，外向的」— introverted, extroverted； 聰明的 intelligent； 努力工作的 hard-working/ instrious； 喜歡社交的 sociable； 可依靠的 「reliable, someone you can depend upon」； 有能力的 「competent」； 有抱負的 ambitious； 有……感的， has a sense of …….。 當然在表達的時候有同學還會用到一些貶義形容詞，比如說 討厭的 boring； 喜歡控制人的 bossy； 焦慮的 anxious；脾氣不好的 bad-tempered.

一般我們在考到名人或老人的時候更多的使用的是他們對我們的影響是什麼。比如老人我們即可從很多角度作答,例如 1)社會經驗，知識積累 they got more life experience/ they are knowledgeable/ they went through a lot to become an accomplished…. 2) 心態 they are understanding/supportive/positive/optimistic/always look on the bright side of life. 在談到朋友時，1) 關系 we have a lot in common, we often hang out together/we were like peas and carrots/ we grow apart graally 2)朋友對你的影響 he is a reliable person, I can really count on him/ optimistic, when I am upset, he is always there to cheer me up/ a determined person, when he get into something, he gives one hundred percent.

了解了關於人物的描述方法，我們還要結合具體的題目來回答每一個題目，例如在描述 「describe a person who has an important job」時，除了對於人物的描述外還需要重點描述 「why the job is important」. 結合今年考到的這些題目，例如考到 「describe a polite person」的時候，要結合一個關於禮貌的說法， 「offer his seat(讓座)，make eye contact, carry on telephone conversations in a low voice in public」. 考到 「a famous person」 時,更要結合具體的實例來，如說到姚明時，我們可以列舉一些他所做的慈善工作 「he did a lot of charity work. For example, he works with Johnson to help ecate Chinese citizens about HIV prevention and support, care people with HIV. 「

家庭類話題主要分為兩大類，一類是人物類，一類是事件類。人物類的話題大家版要多積累一些權地道的、不常見的形容詞，比如 Bald with freckles -禿頂又有雀斑，Receding hair and a few wrinkles - 高發際線又有皺紋，Has pale/dark skin - 皮膚白/深膚色，Be of medium height and very muscular - 身材勻稱，有些肌肉，tenacious - 堅韌不拔的，passionate - 有熱情的 等，這種小詞會體現你的詞彙量，擴充你的答案豐富度，為你加分。事件類 Familiy Event 是一個高頻的口語話題，建議用 What Where Who Why How 來回答，What 做了什麼，Where 去了哪裡，Who 對家人的描述，Why 家庭活動的意義，How 用時間順序發展的順序描述這次家庭活動。

然後分別介紹幾個人的職業，愛好，目前狀況
然後可以介紹他們之間的關系，以及和你之間的關系
當然我相信不會有這么長的時間
如果有的話，你還可以舉例一些他們特殊的事情，比如什麼家庭活動之類

一個理想的房子，首先，是house還是apartment，還有為什麼，這個就已經可以說很多了。然後，你想讓它有多大，在哪裡，和誰一起住，以及為什麼？

記得每個點後面，如果都加一個為什麼，就有很多話可以說了
