過海關英語：

很多人在過美國海關時都很緊張，不太會用英文與海關官員溝通。其實美國海關每天會見到成千上萬的遊客，他們早就已經習慣於各種不太流利的英文了。掌握幾句過海關時常用到的英文就會有很大幫助。
Step 1准備好證件

海關通常第一句話會問Can I have your documents, please?我可以看一下你的證件嗎？回答Yes，here you are.好，給你。

Step 3停留時間

海關會問How long will you be staying here? 你准備在這里停留多久？
回答I』m here for …(days/weeks/months).我在這里停留…(天/周/月)
I』m here for two days.我在這里停留兩天。
I』m here for two weeks.我在這里停留兩周。
I』m here for two months.我在這里停留兩月。

What is your purpose of your visit?你來這里的目的是什麼？
可以回答I』m here on vacation.我來這里度假。
I』m here for work.我來這里工作。
I』m here for school.我來這里上學。
I』m here to visit my family.我來拜訪我的家人。

可以回答I will stay ….我將會住在...

Can you confirm your return ticket?可以查看你的回程機票嗎？
回答Yes, I will return on July 15th.我將會在七月十五號離開，並將回程機票給海關看。
