哈佛英語，難度適抄中，每天都安排了適量任務，做一篇閱讀或完型就會配置一些小的語法練習，各方面都可以訓練到，按年級劃分，每天留10-15分鍾就可以完成，其中不乏一些佳篇。
如果水平較高，可以選擇星火英語，但是量相對之下就比較大，放在周末完成更合適，裡面的文章完全可以用作拔高水平來練，甚至範文來讀，剛開始會很困難，但是一兩周後適應了，效果會更好。

以我過來人得經驗，我覺得你可以買些自己比較感興趣得書，不管內容，文內筆。因為只有你感興趣了你才會容去讀，去領會書得內容，去閱讀。如果本來閱讀水平就不是很高，又要去讀原版得書籍，那會適得其反的。
如果喜歡科幻的，讀一些《哈利波特》《暮光之城》（時下很暢銷），因為這些書比較有情節，能符合年輕人的口味。
或者書蟲一系列，或者心靈雞湯，這些比較短小精悍，看起來不會乏味，疲勞戰不會拉的太久。
當然前面有人說到得
新概念
也不錯，
這是一套很老，很權威得教材。每個故事都要不幽默，要不有趣味，要不有意義。
其實你如果是應試，要提高閱讀，我覺得做題，不失為一個好辦法。閱讀水平，是可以通過做題提高的。
如果要閱讀原版名著，還要建立在詞彙得積累上。
