无数个那一次，给与了我幸福；无数个那一次，给与了我笑容；无数个那一次，给与了我责任；无数个那一次，给与了我成功。

人生正是由许许多多个那一次组成，生活才变得丰富多彩，人生才变得辉煌灿烂。但是，有时又有谁能真正领悟到那一次次的付出呢？

依稀看见，有一个瘦小的身影正在操场上大口大口的喘着粗气，汗珠一滴滴的滑落到鞋尖。可是谁也没有在意，因为他知道身上背的是什么，肩上扛的是什么，所以他仍然在跑着，跑着……

那瘦小身影正是才上小学三年级的我。几年前，我被学校选为参加学生运动会长跑运动员。那一刻，我高兴得蹦了起来，可我根本不知道什么才是真正的“台上一分钟，台下十年功”。训练刚刚开始，我觉得蛮好玩的。可训练过程哪有我想得那么简单、好玩，直到后来，我才渐渐懂尝到了训练的苦头。

清晨，太阳才泛起一点儿红晕。操场上的哨响便划破了校园的宁静。黑石子铺成的跑道上，一伙儿个头参差不齐的同学开始跑步了，其中就有我。几圈跑下来，训练却并没有结束，而是开始了更严酷的训练：腿上缠着好几斤重的沙袋，身上背着硕大的书包，里面装着好几块大砖头，我们好似一个个全副武装的战士，正准备征战沙场。紧接着又是“背人训练”，一个人背着另一个人做起升，手还得抓着杠子……几天下来，原本细嫩的小手布满了血泡和老茧。

就这样，几个月后，我们上场了……

场上的运动员们跃跃欲试，场下的同学们热情高涨。我的心像小兔子一样乱蹦达，连一口唾沫都不敢咽。一声枪响，小选手们撒腿往前冲，我使尽全身力气，感觉飞了起来，我超了一个，又超了一个，感觉与终点还有一步之遥时，我还是落下了，其他班级的队员超过了我。唉！“强中自有强中手”。

事后，我泪如泉涌，哭得万分伤心。
