我是英语专业的，不过倒是两个都考过。（这个时间段应该是大学英语四级吧）
其实最关键的是做透真题，你真题每题都了解考的知识点，每句话都读懂了。研究出出题人到底什么思维，答案到底是如何选择出来的，必然就可以考过了。
已经忘记题型了，当时考四级的时候，只是做了真题，不喜欢做预测题，太偏，打击自信。
听力，就反复听，听懂听到答案为止，不要只做一遍，就不听了。不认识的单词记得查出来，这就是四级词汇积累的过程。
作文，很简单的，看看人家的满分作文怎么写的，背经常出现的高级句子，会套用。别出低级语法错误，拿分很简单。
阅读，其实你认真的做两套题，就会发现，他们问问题的逻辑其实是一样的。我做题的顺序一般是先读一遍题，大致了解了有个印象，然后记下前两道题，快速阅读文章，找到和题目一样短语单词的句子，答案应该就在附近了。一般题目也是按照文章先后顺序提问的，然后最后一个总结性问题。记得做完阅读题的时候一定每篇阅读，一个字不差的读一遍并且全认识，也是一个积累四级词汇的过程。
