本质的区别就是难抄度，一些考试大袭省，比如陕西，有55万考生，他们为了区别学生的差异就选择用全国卷一，这个难度是最大的，想甘肃省，考生是有29玩，他们就用的全国卷3. 语文的话，全国卷一和全国卷三，的难度基本没有区别 数学的话，二者全国卷一和全国卷3的客观题都是属于送分题，虽然题目不同但是难度大致相等 英语的话，二者区别很明显，从听力的难度就可以看出来，全国卷一比较难 理综的话，全国卷一的物理是十分难的，一般考生也只能答道70分左右，想要及格答道72都不容易，但是全国卷3则可以轻易的答道90分以上，不过里面还是有一些难题的，要想突破110就很难了
