英语听力学习:
第一:坚持听纯正的口音、地道的表达也会对自己的发音和口语有积极的帮助。
第二,所选语音材料应尽可能包罗万象,涵盖不同领域、不同话题,既要有正式用语,又要有日常会话,绝对不能只听新闻英语。
第三,所选语音材料的难度应在自己的能力范围之内,当把这些语音转化为文字后,你应该能基本读懂。如果读不懂,换一段简单点的,否则,你恐怕要白白浪费时间。只有循序渐进,逐步加大难度,才能获得实质性的提高。

两种选:一种是利用零碎时间,如吃饭时、打扫清洁时、睡觉时等,在轻松愉快的氛围中随意地听。这种听法要求你连贯地、不重复地听取大量语音材料,不需要听懂每一句话,只需听个大概就行。
另一种是抽出一段专门的时间,集中精力全神贯注地去听。这种听法不要求你听太多的内容,但务必要听懂每一句话,把握每一个细节。由于我们与生俱来的惰性,大多数人会选择前者。一边享受美食,一边练听力,一举两得嘛,何必非要绷紧神经,绞尽脑汁地去听呢。起初,我也这么想,可后来实践证明,这种做法效果并不理想。我发现自己很难做到一心二用,当我吃饭时、打扫清洁时,我会一门心思扑在这件事上,至于收音机里讲了些什么,我是一概听不进去的。如果是睡觉时听,又往往听不了几句就会进入梦乡。相比之下,后一种听法虽然难度很大,实施过程十分痛苦,但只要咬牙坚持,将会在短时间内收到十分显著的效果。我是这样做的:选定一段语音材料,先完整地听一遍,尽量听懂主要意思,然后再逐句反复播放,必须听懂每一个单词,一遍不行十遍,十遍不行一百遍,直到听懂为止。

一、培养兴趣,激发学生听力热情 笔者认为,听力是听和理解能力的总和,是一种积极的思维过程,因此教师应循序渐进地设计每堂听力课的程序,要以学生为学习活动的主体,激发学生的学习动机,有效地组织和指导学生进行语言实践活动。转学生被动听的过程为主动索取的过程。在听力课堂教学中,应把听、说、读、写四种技能有机结合起来。在课间或者平时的空余时间,教师可以选择一些大家熟悉的英语歌曲或者电影片段,充分利用多媒体,经常播放,进行长期的听力训练,让学生在循序渐进中有所收获,并且保持较长时间的兴趣。
二、充分利用好教学听力录音带 教学听力录音带是专家们为英语教学精心准备和筛选出来的规范的学习材料,我们要充分地加以利用。笔者认为,中学英语听力训练应包括听辩和理解,只有正确理解说话人所发出的语音,辨别相似因素,才能确切理解其内在含义。在语音起始阶段,要进行分类强化语音训练,对提高语音特别重要,在教者先示范的基础上,再帮助学生发音,辨别相似因素,进行近音、连续、同化、完全爆破、弱读、重读、升调、降调等一些语音语调变化的敏感性和语索的适应性,最后选用英美人士对话录音材料,有助于辩音。
三、培养良好的听前习惯 在做听力练习题前,要做好充分的准备。利用放音前的时间,迅速地捕捉每个题目题干选项所提供的信息,预测短文或对话可能涉及的内容。做题时,要快速作答,不会作答的,先优化处理或暂时搁置,准备新的题目。不要强迫自己听清每一个词,要把重点放在听关键词上,可以一边听一边适当地做些笔记。
四、克服心理障碍,优化心理环境 良好的心理状态是提高听力水平的重要环节。心理学研究认为,当人的情绪处于紧张焦虑的状态时,就易产生恐惧心理,从而使原来能听懂的内容也大打折扣。然而,由于英语不是母语,有的学生在没开始之前,就存在畏惧心理,就在无形之中设置了信息输入障碍。也有的学生一遇到不理解的单词或句就烦躁不安,从而影响听力材料的理解,也有学生受外部环境影响,使精力不能够集中。在上听力课时,听前播放一首轻松、欢快的英语歌曲,把学生心慌脑乱的情绪稳定下来,提醒学生要在听前调整好自己的心态,沉着、冷静、自信、保持自己头脑清醒,心静神定。
五、采用有效的听力策略,提高听力成绩 中学英语听力教学成绩的提高,需要有效的策略。用横向思维的方式,改换教材,大胆使用与尝试。随着词汇量的进一步增加,学生对听力的各种材料的理解加深,对英文节目、电影、广播等产生了极大的兴趣,学生听力水平普遍提高,原来需听三遍的听力材料,经过训练只需听一遍或两遍。不但掌握了听力技巧,而且极大地丰富了文化知识,国外的文化、科技等其他各方面知识都在快速增长。国内有许多优秀英语读物中可以选择作为合适的听力材料。教师应选择一些语音地道、文笔优美、涉及中外文化传统背景、英语国家人文景观、风俗习惯、世界范围内的科技、教育、历史、地理知识、日常生活等的听力材料,长期坚持既增长知识,又提高听力水平。在每周一节的听力课上,要选择内容丰富的听力材料,每分钟听80个单词的,90-100个单词的,100—120个单词的都要选择去听,从缓慢到逐渐加快,让学生心里有奋斗的目标。另外给学生营造逼真的场景、不同的内容话题,力求形式丰富、多变,促使学生在听这种有实际意义的材料时,产生真正接触使用外语的感觉,调动并发挥外语学习的潜能。选择英语听力材料要尽量体现真实性,内容要适合中学生,尽量选择使学生稍经努力就能够听懂的生活材料,并且考虑内容的思想性。泛听可不做练习题,其他题型可灵活多变,听力原文不宜太长,语音要纯正,语速要适度,以接近英语为母语者说话的正常语速为宜,每节课的内容都让学生感到有成功感。
六、泛听和精听 泛听研究的是听的速度、数量以及对文章的整体理解,而不是纠缠于某一词、某一句的含义。对选择的泛听内容要灵活多样,要求学生基本了解发生的时间、地点、情节以及围绕情节出现的人物,提纲挈领并能回答简单的问题。精听的强化训练是提高听力水平的关键。教师要安排学生在每一节听力课中都有5~10分钟的精听训练,要求学生逐词、逐句、逐段地听,并能立即复述每一句话,在复述每一句话的基础上,复述整个短文。精听注意的焦点是语言材料本身,它要求学生记住细微的语言现象,让学生更早、更快地熟悉不同年龄、不同性别、不同身份的人在不同场合的发音。在听的过程中要注意几个疑问when、where、what、why、who、how等,精听之后,可将全文重昕一遍,使理解进一步深化。深化的目的主要在于纠正前两次的理解错误,将全文整体联系起来。只有泛听、精听结合,才能提高学生的听力水平。
总之,学生听力能力的提高是一项复杂的、需要长期指导和训练的工程,教师和学生必须密切配合,同心协力,才能全面提高学生的听力水平和语言素质,使英语教育紧跟新课程改革和教改的步伐。
