最好是在考试前差不多3个月的时候参加补习班,然后留点时间自己复习,在考前1个星期应该坚持每天早上8点起来,9点开始做听力和阅读,调整状态非常重要!下午就要反复精听和研究阅读中的生词,托福文章选择的范围经常大学校园情景,所以其实不需要背很多的词汇,就把听力和阅读中的生词记好就够了,我觉得我词汇最多就5000左右,完全够了.晚上就写写作文练练口语。
