Its turbulent(狂暴的) landscape—which remains among the most geologically active lands on the planet, with steam-spewing geysers(间歇温泉), gurgling fumaroles, and frequent earthquakes—was protected as the world's first national park in 1872. Yellowstone and the huge tracts of national-forest land that ring it comprise one of the world's last intact temperate ecosystems—all its major species of plants and animals are still present.
F. This park has a Canyon 200 miles long and about a mile deep. Along the ride you follow the Colorado River which carved this massive canyon. At times the canyon is from 5 to 15 miles across. The Colorado River continues to shape and gouge its way through the canyon where about 90 species of mammals(哺乳动物) and some 290 species of birds live. River rafting along the Colorado River has different options for people. You can go on long trips with organizations or even take a smooth ride down the river with a picnic style lunch.

Martin buys a piece of meat, but he d
Unit 1 What do we deal with our problems? Luck Fairy? Can you help me? You are a good boy / girl. I’d like to give you a wish. I wish no homework at all. / Jay Chou will come to see me . / I can have a robot to do many things for me … What do we deal with them when we have problems?
Unit 2 He used to cause a lot of trouble为例,先让学生分析文章的标题,Who is he? What does he do? How old is Martin now? What made him change a lot? Did he use to give his mother many problems? Why did his mother have to work? What did his mother tell him on the phone? What changed Martin’s mind?
Unit 6 I only eat food that tastes good一文时,我做过这么一个试验:在所执教的两个平行班中,采用不同的教法。
Unit 9 Have you ever been to Singapore? Today we’ll get to know a country, that is named … Who can say something about Singapore? Or do you have questions about Singapore? If you want to know more about Singapore, please read the passage carefully.
笔者从教英语二十多年,现在以九年级上册第二单元的一篇阅读文章为例<he used to o.a&use a lot of trouble为例,谈谈自己的一点看法。
i rereading
例如九年级上册第二单元he used to cause a lot.of trouble以播放阎维文的<母亲这首歌开始,学生在听音乐的同时,老师走下讲台问:when is mother’s day?have y.ou remembered how your parents helped you in your daily life?
while--reading
1.how old is martin
2.what made his life become di虢rent
3.what trouble did he use to cause
4.what made him change一
5.what is martin now like
afterreading
我便插入这样一话题:discussing:why did the author write the pas·sage?
世上只有妈妈好)这首歌,学生感动了,最后英语老师意味深长地说:my dear children,mother isgreat,mother’s love is the most unselfish!love your mother!
