哈佛英语，难度适抄中，每天都安排了适量任务，做一篇阅读或完型就会配置一些小的语法练习，各方面都可以训练到，按年级划分，每天留10-15分钟就可以完成，其中不乏一些佳篇。
如果水平较高，可以选择星火英语，但是量相对之下就比较大，放在周末完成更合适，里面的文章完全可以用作拔高水平来练，甚至范文来读，刚开始会很困难，但是一两周后适应了，效果会更好。

以我过来人得经验，我觉得你可以买些自己比较感兴趣得书，不管内容，文内笔。因为只有你感兴趣了你才会容去读，去领会书得内容，去阅读。如果本来阅读水平就不是很高，又要去读原版得书籍，那会适得其反的。
如果喜欢科幻的，读一些《哈利波特》《暮光之城》（时下很畅销），因为这些书比较有情节，能符合年轻人的口味。
或者书虫一系列，或者心灵鸡汤，这些比较短小精悍，看起来不会乏味，疲劳战不会拉的太久。

新概念
也不错，
这是一套很老，很权威得教材。每个故事都要不幽默，要不有趣味，要不有意义。
其实你如果是应试，要提高阅读，我觉得做题，不失为一个好办法。阅读水平，是可以通过做题提高的。
