pushing on steadily的steadily本身就是一个副词了，为什么还要前面要加on？
这个on是和前面的push组成短语push on表示推进的意思，可以把这个词组当做是一个不及物动词来理解

问题2的B.took arise by agreeing to race是什么意思？
